At GravityReply, we value your privacy and provide simple ways to manage and delete your data in compliance with Meta's Platform Policies.
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1: Via the Dashboard (Instant)
- Log in to your GravityReply Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Settings page.
- Click on the Disconnect Account button.
- The connected-account record, stored access token, and automation settings are deleted from our active database.
Option 2: Via Facebook Settings
- Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Look for Apps and Websites.
- Find GravityReply and click Remove.
- This triggers our Meta User Data Deletion Callback, which deletes associated GravityReply account data.
Option 3: Email Request
If you cannot access the dashboard, send an email to:
hello.gravityreply@gmail.comPlease include your Instagram username. We process requests within 48 hours.
What Data is Deleted?
When a deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:
- Meta access tokens
- Instagram User ID & Username
- All automation rules & replies
