At GravityReply, we value your privacy and provide simple ways to manage and delete your data in compliance with Meta's Platform Policies.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Via the Dashboard (Instant)

  1. Log in to your GravityReply Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Settings page.
  3. Click on the Disconnect Account button.
  4. The connected-account record, stored access token, and automation settings are deleted from our active database.

Option 2: Via Facebook Settings

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Look for Apps and Websites.
  3. Find GravityReply and click Remove.
  4. This triggers our Meta User Data Deletion Callback, which deletes associated GravityReply account data.

Option 3: Email Request

If you cannot access the dashboard, send an email to:

hello.gravityreply@gmail.com

Please include your Instagram username. We process requests within 48 hours.

What Data is Deleted?

When a deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

  • Meta access tokens
  • Instagram User ID & Username
  • All automation rules & replies
