1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GravityReply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

GravityReply provides automation tools for Instagram Professional accounts, allowing users to set up keyword-based automated replies for comments and direct messages via the Meta Graph API.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GravityReply complies with:

• Instagram's Community Guidelines and Platform Policies.
• Meta's Developer Policies.
• Local laws regarding automated communications and spam.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in spammy, abusive, or harmful behavior.

4. Account and Security

You must connect a valid Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Meta credentials and access tokens. GravityReply will never ask for your Instagram password.

5. Limitation of Liability

GravityReply is provided "as is." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account in the Settings dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
